Rover-4.0 wiki changes #2109

A list of changes we should make for the Rover-4.0 release:

[ ] complex fences (aka stayout zones, inclusion zones, exclusion zones)
[x] using two GPSs for yaw -- some instructions are here: https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/pull/12844
[ ] wheel encoder for rate control (WRC_ parameters)

Completed changes:

[x] consolidate the object avoidance under a landing page
[x] mark object avoidance's Dodge method as deprecated for 4.0 and move it to the bottom of the page it's on
