APSync (Dec 2017) for tx1 requires flight controller be powered before TX1 #33

APSync (Dec 2017) has an issue which requires the flight controller (i.e. Pixhawk) must be powered up at least 10 seconds before the TX1 companion computer. If this is not done, it is not possible to connect to the wifi access point.

I cannot reproduce this anymore. I've done 8 re-connection tests on two different vehicles and it's worked every time.
