Translate Button on Individual Messages Doesn't Show Clickable Mouse On Hover #165

The translate button should make the mouse a "click finger" on hover. Otherwise, users might not know it's clickable.

Alternatively, the icon change colors on hover, that might work just as well.

Hi Filip, Go ahead and fork this repo and see if you can fix the issue.

Just to let you know, this repository is not really updated anymore, since all of our resources are going into a fork of this repository, but we can definately do a PR into our more updated fork as well.

(And if you aren't already, you should try joining our discord server linked in the main readme)

It might be nice to rework this so it's a button so it's easier for UI tests to find the element.
