On 5.5 level bookmarks doesnt remember added bookmarks after restart

Hi! Thank you for your report! Are you using any source control software? We had this problem in the past with Perforce but I thought I fixed it 🥲

I verified that the issue is present even without source control enabled, wasted several hours on it but I've found no solution yet. I opened a thread on the UE Forum, I hope that someone knows what changed in 5.5 because I wasn't able to figure it out.
