This was a simple solution to ease problems with player activity and reliability for our combat healers vs our out of combat healers when facing a much larger PC patient population.
Thanks for the contribution. I don't think there is a widespread-enough need to require a configuration option in the main branch, but I'm glad you were able to tweak the code to work for your game!
