Installation script. #37

We have existing scripts to do the full install for the Workbench. Need to add a script to do the full install for WO to a tool.

This needs to include getting the wo module installed and pulling in Brad's code. Could include the setup as well.

Perhaps also cleanup that setup and consider moving the modules.
