Language Tool Comparison #66

The AWE Language tool is currently a thin wrapper on the AWE Language Tool server. While we do not make a great deal of use of this tool it makes sense to compare the current implementation with other extant wrappers which may be better supported or other code which will do the same job. We should test the efficiency of the code and consider whether a replacement is warranted. To make this decision we need a simple side-by-side comparison of the code options with an efficiency calculation base on the existing AWE test code. This can be informed by #56

Note, the other version does not include the specific translation of rules into categories including grammar subj/verb agreement, etc. These are desirable so if we plan to make use of them we will need to find a way to re-implement them.
