First is the addition of some translation providers for various labels used in the planet selection gui.
The second modifies the Rocket GUI. It adds a new label for 'UNBUILD' that fits slightly better than "Destroy Rocket" did, and it adds a thrust display, which Green/Gold/Red as correctness indicators.
