Few deprecated parts of PyGerber should be removed:

[x] pygerber.backend - as it is replaced by Renderer2 based classes.
[x] pygerber.console.raster_2d_style - as it is part of old cli replaced by render command.
[x] API v1 as it is replaced by API v2.
[x] Parser2Hooks as visitor implementation will be moved into Parser2 class and simplified.
