Move placement of Focus ID in mapApp #520

This is done in commit 97de0bba1fd1079dc1e2b97a1e1168e6eceef749 of the develop branch. As I mentioned in an earlier Zoom, when you first open the app it will look like the following photo, but once I adjust the window it looks like the second image. Are you ok with this, Dan? I think it's OK. After all, shiny is set up to handle screens of different sizes and I think users who don't like that initial look will try widening the window a bit.

NOTE: we have an indentation of "2em" (2 times the width of the letter "m") in app.R:389 and we might want to reduce that to maybe "0.5em". That gives us a little bit more space for controls. (You know me -- I always want the narrowest possible margins.)

I'll let you decide whether to change the spacing. I think it's ready for closing, but you opened it, so it's up to you 🤓

Cool! PS - I've updated the indent in commit c9d3cea2d783f78e5ac1f89cf7115ccbd729da7c of develop. I'll now close this issue.
