Create argoApp

DK and I had a in depth vftf this morning where we discussed the need for a QC App. We decided that a lot of the functionality we needed already exists within the mapApp() and we should therefore just build on to the already existing app. I'll create a check list below of actions items we identified:

• [x] Change "Main" tab to be "Map"
• [ ] Add "Cycle" textInput widget
• [ ] Move "Focus ID" and "Cycle" widget down a line
• [ ] Move "Path" radio button to be up a line to save space

The way that is will work is once the user has specified an ID (either my typing or by double clicking a float), the "cycle" widget will pop up. If the cycle is specific (either by typing it in or autofilled from the "HOLD" key stroke), the QC tab will pop up. The QC Tab will require the following:

• [ ] Add "HOLD" information to the QC tab with information on number of levels
• [ ] Create "Download data" button and create popup if file already exists using file.exists
• [ ] Have a drop down menu of possible plots to create
• [ ] Make this an additional app named argoApp()

This will all be completed in a separate branch (ie. not develop) to avoid confusing users.
