This is finished through commit 0930bf8937b01852bd8f6c442dac54d32bf3f326 and commit e892e74fd84bfdf45e0da79ab8504983674a2fae of the develop branch. There is still one conditionalPanel that remains and that is to make a plot because actions such as hover, click, double click etc. are defined in the ui and I couldn't quite figure out how to do this in the server.
