Fix numbering of tabs in mapApp() #570

The numbers of the tabs go from 1,3,4,5,6 (ie. it skips 2). This was a result of the old "Trajectory" tab which was tab number 2. This can get quite confusing when doing https://github.com/ArgoCanada/argoFloats/issues/562 . I'll be fixing this.

Fixed in commit 5bace5b2777fffd73a6374c1ebfc67d395cc8787 of develop.
