argoFloatsDebug() should turn off colourizing for non-interactive use #588

Otherwise I cannot build an Rmd into latex. That's because latex does not like the control characters used to change colours, set to bold-face, set to italic-face, etc.

Fixed in "develop_kelley" branch commit 1616646783d2e63c53bf3801a9a7cac2c115f102. (The diff is large because this branch is addressing several interlocking issues.)
