Turn on gh-pages #1

@richardsc I don't have the privileges to enable serving pages off of the gh-pages branch...could you enable this? (Thanks!)

(Also, the repository URL needs to get updated and I can't seem to do it...)

I should have checked!

The URL that shows up to the right of the README still points to the old repo...any chance you can update that?

Oh, I see what you're talking about -- you have to edit the little gear icon when looking at the main source code page ... (it was right on the pkgdown page).

I didn't do it, but instead made you an "owner" in the ArgoCanada org. Does that make it so you can change/edit stuff like that?
