Code completed, so all issues closed, but need to test still. Will need to wait for some CHLA data to use, so this issue will likely remain open for a bit. Will close only once tested and PR merged from cgrdn/medsrtqc

This is tested in the sense that it works, but will need to "real world" validation once we get proper conversion coefficients read in.

Adding an item to store LAST_DARK_CHLA somewhere.

Has been shown to work and have location for LAST_DARK_CHLA, should run a test where DARK_CHLA and LAST_DARK_CHLA match (i.e. chla.qc = 1) and can then close.
