QR code scanner - launch sequence needs work #23

Instead of launching the QR code scanner upon signing up, the user should be taken to an interstitial screen. This is referred to as a "jump screen" in the work plan. This screen should have a description of the QR code and what it is supposed to do, etc. It should also have a button that would allow the user to launch the QR code scanner.

We need text for this screen.

Do you have a comp for this new interstitial screen? Should it just go to the login screen? Or the QR code addition screen? Or just automatically bring up a scanner with a popup message about scanning?

We do not have a comp for this screen. This would only show up right after registration. It would do the same thing that the button does. However, it should do it without prompting. In other words, the button requires users to know that they need to authorize a client. This would be for people who have no idea what they're doing when they sign up for the first time. This screen would open up on its own and it would have a button on it. When the user presses the button, he or she would be taken to the QR code addition screen. Assigning it to @trustdarkness for text. Once text is provided it should be assigned to me so I can fix the comp.
