Advanced options - ability to choose server #9

The user should have the ability to select a MEG server. In the specs we have this listed as a text field that defaults to meg.risc.anl.gov, however, I believe it should be mobileencryptiongateway.org.

Can we entertain the idea of a prepopulated select box instead of a text field?

I have created a prepopulated server field in the advanced options screen for mobileencryptiongateway.org but should this just be the server name (abc.com) and add "/megserver" on all requests or do we want a full address to be put in (http://abc.com/megserver)?
