Fixed factorization. Based on Linpack's dsidi, using the diagonal and computing the determinant on the 2x2 blocks.
Removed MA57 in DeSymIndefSolver::matrixChanged.
gSymLinearAlgSolverForDense=1 is LAPack, gSymLinearAlgSolverForDense>1 is Pardiso and gSymLinearAlgSolverForDense<1 is MA27
New timers for PIPS_NLP enabled using the TIMING define.
A small bootstrap script build_pips.sh.
Outputs still show linear solver as MA57. Shall I change that too in all files?

These changes will be merged with others in the next release.
