Here is a quote from documentation: "Now open up a terminal window and CD into the packages folder you opened and run:" I can't understand shit.

It means launch the terminal application and change your current directory (cd) to the packages folder you just opened in the previous step. I didn't feel the need to explain it in greater detail in the instructions, as most people who are using a code editor should know how to use basic terminal commands.
