Deploy the live website and host on Github Pages.

[ ] Setup custom domain name: Depends on #3
[ ] Document deployment process in runbook
[ ] Create wiki article with deployment resources
[ ] Bonus: Setup automated deployments / CI (Triggered by push/merge to master branch)
