Pine64 support #2

What would be the procedure to flash windows 10 IoT Core to Pine 64A board. The latest app didn't list Pine 64A as device. also, i do not know what would be the best OS selection. I tried the one from the selection and also downloaded the iffu file.

Any up to date directions would be very helpful.

The install guide is very outdated. IoTCoreImageHelper has been pulled, and the IoT Core Dashboard has been changed to no longer include the "Custom" option anymore.

It looks like it will need to be done via elevated command line.

Where did you get the iffu file from?
