3 years ago It is possible you have it set to auto-add dt days when you level up? That 20 might just be the auto-added days plus the ones you entered manually, both from the same record. The ‘earlier’ record my have nothing to do with the math.

3 years ago Also, that looks like you have selected and old view (Acp are from season 8), try setting your view to “season 9 format”

Total Downtime
Yes, Auto Downtime was the problem:
I changed it to "No" and the "Total Downtime" reverted to "10". Thanks.
What's interesting, is that I have another character, with only the "Story Origin" game entry and it's total downtime is "0". So it hasn't added an automatic 10:
That character also had Auto Downtime set to "Yes".
ACP
As for the ACP, my format is "Season9 Format" already:

3 years ago If you don’t add a level (story origin), then it won’t add the dt days. That’s by design.

I have two characters configured with "Season9 Format".
Both have 2 "Game log" entries:
On the character summary screen, it's showing "Total Downtime" as "20".
When I print a "Condensed" logsheet, the "Downtime Total" is shown as "20", and there are 2 log entries (one blank downtime, one as "10.0").
I don't know if it matters, but in both cases, I created the session entry first, then created the "Story Origin" entry later (but dates are in order).
