Unable to reset password. #283

I forgot my password. The site recognizes my email but gives this message when I try to reset my password: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information."

HELP

I'm having the same problem. I had this issue previously and was directed to a workaround https://github.com/Ariel-Thomas/adventurers-league-log/issues/184#issuecomment-489213851 but it no longer applies as www already appears in the url and trying to change https to http doesn't work either.

I have the same problem when trying to reset my password, previously mentioned workarounds do not work for me :(

I'm having the same issue too. It's 12/18/21 any fix yet to this yet??

I have forgotten my password and I am seeing the same error message. Please respond if this issue can be fixed as it appears this has been an issue for almost a year now.

I cannot reset my password either and I need access to my account, tried emailing the site owner but no response.
