Move Campaigns out of Beta #76

Once issues #75 and #66 are completed, I believe I will be ready to move Campaigns out of the beta phase.

Anyone feel anything else crucial is missing?

I am not able to use this feature. I think that I may be the only one, though. So, I wouldn't hold up anything just for this item.
