please make Customize popup color feature for dark mode

Hi, @mj-manna if you have a code snippet example I would be glad to get it or you are welcome to add a PR.

I found this example: https://apexcharts.com/javascript-chart-demos/dashboards/dark/ and for dark modes it only disabled pop ups.
