Resize On Header Double Click Collapse

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a basic resizable dialog with the "dblclick" : "collapse" option set
2. Double click the header of the box
3. Note that the resize image / ability is at the bottom right

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You would think on collapse this would not be visible at all. It doesn't allow 
alot of resize, but the image there looks akward, and useless.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The maximize feature removes it, so pretty much do what ever you did there, to 
the collapse :P

I might fix mine and just send the changes over, but I figure it wouldn't be 
hard to fix on your end for future

Oh, I do keep it on purpose.
But you are right, it will be more consistent when max/min/collapse are all 
un-resizable.
Fix it on next release.
