Footer and Sub Footer Created. #24

I have successfully created footer section for the webpage as well as a subfooter as mentioned. The background colour is also set to black. The responsiveness is taken into consideration.

The sidebar was overlapping with the footer as it's size was fixed. I have solved this issue by making the position relative and some more changes in css properties.

App.css and sidebar.css files are updated accordingly to solve the issue of sidebar. Extra classname "wrapper-container" given in App.js
