Changes Made

modified dashboard to support toggle and search functionalites
created a prisma schema file and setup the mongodb database
createed CRUD routes on backend
deployed backend on this url : https://makaut-buddy-back-end.iamsagar762.workers.dev/
api endpoints defined in route.ts file inside /src/app/api/v1/route.ts
every api endpoint needs an Auth Header to Validate the request else it will give a 400 error
