Issue description, userChrome.css/userContent.css 'settings' the issue occurs with and steps to reproduce the issue:
When urlbar_restore_visible_border.css is activated there is a short border blink when clicking on the URL bar (solid, transpared, solid).
This behavior differs from the one present in the search bar, that does not have this blinking border.
Is it possible to remove this blink?
