Not sure why ARIA tags are not making this happen already--as far as I can tell they should.

Also wondering if things that toggle want to be role="button" instead of role="link"? But that's (probably?) a separate issue.

Fixed for stars/expandos in schedule, but still need to fix for con hub and programming links.
