Auto-close isn't working #465

This may have something to do with the fact that we're not seeing the full list in Currently Running Meetings. It looks like the queue isn't getting set up right?

And the meetings aren't showing up in active_program_items, which is very serious. Yes, this all has to be related.

Things are mostly working at the user level, but this is still very scary, and means that restarting the server will probably break the ability to get into running sessions.

The implication is that we should look for the end of a timeslot for the next deploy.

It is apparently sometimes working. And the DB entries are, in fact, going into active_program_items, but they aren't always being removed.
