Right now, as an org-owner, if one of my shifts is filled, I can still Edit or Delete the shift (which doesn't seem fair 😅 )

Definition of Done:

[ ] An OrgOwner cannot Edit or Delete filled shifts, either from the frontend, or from the backend (controller)
