Screen when you die #11

So this is suggestion, if you die and you are watching someone playing there would be display on the top saying spectating: "Player name"

I actually added spectator names today, except they show up above the round timer and not at the top of the screen, so they are subtle but still there. Basically it replaces the "RUNNER" or "DEATH" label when you are spectating someone else.
