Can't spectate after death #63

Whenever someone dies, they just get stuck staring at their corpse and cannot press any buttons to switch out of that cam and spectate players. This issue is ongoing after many restarts.

Are you sure this is an actual issue? If you give me your server IP I will gladly come check it out for you.

You most likely have an addon which is causing errors upon player death. Check your server console.
