Permissions checks for mapvote commands #67

After adding the permission checks it seems the commands related to mapvote just no longer work. All the other commands work (ex. punish,fpsec,zones) but the map related just don't work.

did you update config.lua as well? You might also need to re-do the groups in config.lua too if you've got different ones
