Essentially, I made it easier to add scoreboard tags, by creating scoreboardtags.lua, and added another function to handle ulx ranks (May work with other admin modules, but it is untested on all others) and add scoreboard tags for them.

EDIT: For clarification: I know that there is already a way to add scoreboard tags for ranks, this just makes it a lot easier, by isolating the config from the actual scoreboard code, and by making the functions so people don't mess up the hooks.
