New sensor type: data throughput (MB/s) + Percentage #150

Would it be possible to add a sensor to capture internet speeds, MB/s. Also, i would like to capture the internet reliability or uptime as a daily percentage: can % be added as a sensor

First: A virtual sensor would always be filled with a value via a card Second: I won't add any custom capabilities, so Athom has to create the capability, then I may add support for it Third: This project is not very high on my priority list
