Pair pages changes #70

Hi Arjan,

I've edited the styles and some elements on the pair pages so the icons have the same size now and it looks a bit better in the web ui and the new (preview) app

Thanks. I'm redesigning the pairing and these changes will be included in there as well, even though I will not merge it in GitHub.
