V2 and VD085: color temperature too many desimals #89

Trying to set colour temp but get error on devices. It seems like 3 or more decimals is not accepted when setting col.temp. 2 is accepted. Tried on Ikea Tradlos and Phillips HUE

Thanks for reporting. This looks a lot like issue #80 reported by @ljsvv. I'll keep this open to see how it develops. Meanwhile, could you post more details on your flows? I assume the Ikea and Philips get the 3 decimals from a Virtual Device via a tag in a flow? Do they work when set directly to 3 digits?

I hope you don't leave this open for too long, since this is actually a show-stopper.

The Ikea and Philips devices get their settings from the Color Temperature tag from the virtual device ( 20190125_123158

Depending on which color/hue control I use in the virtual device, the digits vary from 3 to ...alot. None of these is accepted. If I set the color temp to anything with two or less digits the corresponding device is set correctly.
