1 year ago Apologies for the delay. As a new research group, I'm not sure which account to add you to on Arjuna for billing purposes.
We've elevated on our end but if you know anything that would be helpful

1 year ago Hi @awadell1! I spoke with Venkat shortly after I started at CMU and he said that its pretty easy to get a trial allocation on Arjuna, which is what I was hoping Jiangce could access. Is that still the policy? If not, will you please provide some guidance for getting set up with billing? Thanks!

1 year ago Yes, Jiangce has been added to the cit group on Arjuna. We close new user requests once processed, they should have an email from root@coe.psc.edu with their login details. If they're having trouble accessing the account, please reach out again here
Hopefully that is sufficient for the time being. Billing is a bit above me, but if you want to expand your allocation do reach out and we'll figure it out.
