TIMELINE: Autowidth ignores minimum #64

Version 2.3.1

Changing band width in theme is ignored if autowidth is on.

Visually, it appears to be reset at somepoint in the start up--first the
band is larger, then it seems to be re-painted to be smaller (the minimum
size for the events shown).
