EXHIBIT: undefined error with IE6 #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Exhibit viewed with IE 6 browser
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Exhibit page loads but no exhibit functions are visible, currently only 
utilizing timiline and facets.  Scripting error Exhibit is undefined.  
Have commented out timeline and facets and tried all views to try and 
isloate the error, no change.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser and what
operating system?

Error existes with 2.0 and 2.2 other browser seem to work fine (FF IE7)

Please provide any additional information below.
