problem with arkcase-admin@arkcase.org when access by password @rKc@3e #557

trying many versions running local on VirtualBox by vagrant and access https://192.168.56.15/arkcase with account arkcase-admin@arkcase.org and default password @rKc@3e send me error message "Authentication problem. Please contact your administrator." ,

Hi @samelabd ,

Please let me know what procedure you used to install the Arkcase application. Do you require the developer setup or the standard VM setup?

Username: arkcase-admin@arkcase.org password: @rKc@3e

**Note: In password K is capital letter

I tried both of it but a result is same

Hi @srinivasagunturu , I tried to check logs , I've suspicious about LDAP maybe it a result

Could you please confirm how you installed the arkcase on your local system?

  1. Created the vagrant file and ran the vagrant up command
  2. Cloned the arkcase-ce code, created the vagrant box, and ran the vagrant up command.
