I have added a proposal for automatic profit sharing.

that is technically possible, but it would need:

creation of a specific transaction where delegate declare profit sharing ratio (say between 0% to 100%)
It is unclear "when" to distribute. I suggest for each forged block, the rewards is being distributed to current voters at prorata of their balance.
