[Goblin] Quest=25122/morale-boost #253

When you touch the quest NPCs nothing happens. When interact with NPC, quest counter number should increase and quest will be complete.

Can't complete the quest.

lost isles are fixed up to quest https://cata-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?quest=25023 there are several heavy big quest that we have todo there.. you are welcome to help.. there are much place in our forum :-)
