Buildsystem: Fixed finding openssl 1.1.X libs #326

the windows compile is broken, there are several openssl pointer failure.. Is there any hints you can give.. I'm using now same openssl 1.1 as in ashamane clone 735

the failure comes from the mysql parts: viosslfactories.c BigNumbers, openssl, and the ARC4

please answer.. is it a copy/past from other core or have u reworked the openssl part from scratch from u self?? the new openssl is in conflict with the old mysql script.. so when u not have a solution i will undo youre patch..

I am not a windows-user but i'm working on it. I am currently using Arch linux
