Back door or user front face to change email no longer used #667

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When working around the Alabama test site, my coordination information is assigned to an email I no longer use

Describe the solution you'd like Backdoor for web admin, or council leadership to update email, or end-user to update email account through verification to new email address

Describe alternatives you've considered nd-user to update email account through verification to new email address

What do you think about given the user an option to use the email address they have on QRZ?
