Profile defaulting and reverting back to AR #668

Description of the bug In the Profile I had changed my state to AL and I just noticed it had reverted back to AR

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
