Hello! Your research is very helpful to me. We're going to apply this code to custom datasets. However, I saw that there was no code for CST and skeletonization(only inverse CST exist) Could you please reveal the code? If it is released, it will be a great help. Thanks!

An example for canonical transformation is provided in the latest commit. We don't have plan to provide further guide now. Please check.
